Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@alvarius.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the item is faulty or not as described.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty products)

Custom-made or personalised products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards or sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since you
